Nick Anderson

Chief Financial Officer

Nick Anderson serves as the CFO of Infrastructure Networks (“INET”). He provides the company with over 15 years of oil & gas finance, M&A and corporate development experience. Prior to INET, Nick was a co-founder and CFO of eFrac Well Services, a Houston based electric well completions provider. Nick also served as CFO at BINGO Interests, an oilfield services company focused on bifuel and dual-fuel frac and drilling applications. In addition, Nick has held various finance and corporate development related positions at Lime Instruments, Plains All American Pipeline L.P. (NYSE: PAA) and Vitol Inc.

Nick holds a BBA in both finance and accounting from Texas Christian University. In addition to his role at INET, Nick serves on the advisory board of eFrac Well services.
