Eric Schuele Vice President - Customer Operations
Eric Schuele is the Vice President of Customer Operations at Infrastructure Networks.
Based in Houston, Texas, he has direct responsibility for all operational aspects of iNet’s business in Eagle Ford, Scoop & Stack, and the Bakken, as well as functional oversight of Permian Basin field operations. In addition, Eric manages the iNet Service Management Center, which includes the Network Operations Center, Provisioning, Commissioning, Order Management, and Systems Administration functions, as well as the Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehousing activities. Eric has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, networking, managed and professional services and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. He has 17+ years employment with oilfield communications service companies such as Stratos Communications, Inmarsat, RigNet, and Network Innovations. Eric has held various positions within these organizations, including Field Engineer, Service Manager, Oil and Gas Sales Account Executive, and Senior Director of Operations. Eric also has over 25 years of contiguous military service, first as a US Air Force Radio Frequency Transmissions Systems technician, and presently as a current member of the Louisiana Air National Guard, where he serves as the Non-Commissioned Office in Charge of the Cyber Transmissions Systems flight. His extensive expertise spans across VSAT and wireless communications systems installation, support, and maintenance, land mobile radios and personal communications systems, process development, accounting, organizational management, emergency response, and business continuity.
