Morten Hagland Hansen Joins iNet Leadership Team

Infrastructure Networks, Inc. (“iNet”), a leading remote communications provider to industry and government in the Continental U.S., announced today that Morten Hagland Hansen has joined iNet as Senior Vice President – Engineering & Networks.  Based at iNet’s Houston headquarters, Hansen will be responsible for managing iNet’s extensive 4G LTE / 5G NR terrestrial wireless network that enables companies to achieve the full range of benefits from a digital transformation of their field operations.

“We are pleased to welcome Morten to the senior executive team,” said Mark B. Slaughter, iNet’s chief executive officer.  “Morten and I were colleagues at RigNet where he started as their first employee and rose to become chief technology officer during a period of high success for that company.  His knowledge and experience will help iNet navigate the next phases of growth.”

“I am excited to be joining the senior executive team at iNet”, said Hansen, adding “I look forward to contributing to the Company’s growth as we move forward.”

Most recently, Hansen was vice president, Commercial Maritime & Energy Sales at SES S.A. (SESG:EN Paris).  Before SES, he was senior vice president – Business Services and chief technology officer at RigNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNET).  Hansen holds an MBA in Energy from the BI Norwegian Business School.
