Midland, TX facility positions iNet to support customer operations in W Texas and SE New Mexico
HOUSTON, TX (May 4, 2020) — Infrastructure Networks, Inc. (“iNet”), a leading remote communications and IoT solutions provider to industry and government in the Continental U.S., announced today that it has opened a new region office and customer service center in Midland, Texas, replacing its prior facility in Andrews, Texas. This new facility centrally positions iNet to support customer and network operations across the Permian Basin in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. The Permian Basin is one of the most prolific and active drilling and production regions in the world, and is also home to a growing number of wind and solar farms as energy transition gets underway.
“We are pleased to make this important investment in Midland, underscoring our commitment to the region”, said Brian Keefover, iNet’s vice president and general manager – Permian Basin. “This new service center is part of our broader focus on remaining the leading provider of managed communications and IoT solutions in remote and hazardous settings.”
iNet’s new facility, located at 10800 W. County Rd. 77 in Midland, is not only more than twice the size of the previous location in Andrews, but is also more centrally located, making it more convenient for customers to visit the facility for product demonstrations, and at the same time reduces the distance driven by field personnel, which improves safety and lowers the environmental impact.
Representing iNet was Scott Wegmann, vice chairman at Cushman & Wakefield in Houston.
