Infrastructure Networks Appoints Mark Slaughter Chairman

HOUSTON, TX (May 22, 2019) — Infrastructure Networks, Inc., the leading applications and wireless LTE solutions provider to the energy industry, announced  that it has appointed Mark B. Slaughter as Executive Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Slaughter has over 35 years of experience in the oilfield services and remote communications industries.  Formerly the CEO of RigNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNET), he now serves as Chairman & CEO of Osprey Informatics.  In addition, he sits on the board of Geoforce and on the advisory board for eFrac Well Services.  He also serves on the endowment board for Boys and Girls Country of Houston.  Slaughter holds an A.B., C.L.G.S. from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
