iNet Renews Headquarters Lease in Houston, Texas

Company will adopt hoteling concept for greater workplace flexibility

Infrastructure Networks, Inc. (“iNet”), a leading remote communications and IoT solutions provider to industry and government in the Continental U.S., announced today that it has renewed the lease for its corporate headquarters office in Houston, Texas. The Company will be lowering its office costs by both reducing the size of the office and obtaining lower lease rates in a soft local office market. iNet will be able to reduce its footprint by adopting a hoteling model that provides flexibility for a workforce that will work from home and from the office.

“The past eighteen months have taught us a great deal about how productive our team can be outside the confines of a traditional office”, said Nick Anderson, iNet’s chief financial officer. “This new hybrid working arrangement allows iNet to achieve costs savings while at the same time empowering employees to choose their work location each day.”

Representing iNet in lease negotiations with Unilev Management Corporation was Scott Wegmann, vice chairman at Cushman & Wakefield in Houston.
