iNet and AI Driller Announce Strategic Partnership

Alliance Enables Remote Operations with Integrated Platform for Drilling and Completions Analytics

Infrastructure Networks, Inc. (“iNet”) and AI Driller are pleased to announce that they have entered into a global strategic partnership, combining iNet’s private licensed 4G LTE/5G NR network with AI Driller’s next-generation SaaS platform for drilling and completions analytics. iNet’s customers will now have access to world-class real-time reporting and unique data insights to understand, measure and improve operational efficiency and sustainability metrics across their field operations. Some of the features include well collision avoidance, business intelligence, directional drilling automation, AI-based roadmaps, and more.

“As a foundational enabler of IIoT solutions in field operations, iNet is pleased to be teaming with AI Driller to integrate our advanced connectivity offerings with AI Driller’s drilling and completions analytics,” said Mark Slaughter, CEO of iNet. “Our broadband network, coupled with insights driven by AI Driller Cloud, will help upstream oil and gas operators move quickly from analytics to actions to results. This accelerates the decisions needed to design wells, optimize real-time parameters, drive operational efficiency, and improve performance. It also enables our clients to utilize large sets of historical data at remote locations, so that they can create greater value from them.”

“Customers are using our platform today to make effective decisions in real-time and to manage their remote operations from home or office,” said Marat Zaripov, CEO and founder of AI Driller. “iNet’s network, installation, and 24/7 field technical support is the foundation we needed to transition from recommendations and alerts to full autonomous control.”
