HOUSTON, TX (June 2, 2020) — Infrastructure Networks, Inc. (“INET”), the leading wireless LTE solutions provider to the U.S. onshore energy industry, announced today that Nick Anderson is joining INET as senior vice president and chief financial officer (“CFO”). Greg Smith, INET’s long-time CFO who returned in an interim CFO capacity this year, will move into a special advisory role to assist with the transition of duties.

Prior to being the CFO and a co-founder at eFrac, Anderson was also the CFO at BINGO Interests and held various finance and corporate development related positions at Lime Instruments, Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. and Vitol Inc. Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Texas Christian University.
